The build quality feels solid, and it fits perfectly with my scooter no loose connections or issues at all. I also like how lightweight and easy it is to carry around.
Overall, it s reliable and does exactly what it s supposed to do. Definitely a great purchase and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable replacement or backup charger.

I can say that I am satisfied and they are beautiful, robust and reliable

The scooter is super super fast I love it best $$$ I spent in a while on a scooter I have bought 3 of them in the past this one is far the best

The Greatest Customer service experience I have ever had. They noticed I ordered parts for 2 different scooters and reached out to me just to confirm I intended to do that. It turns out I messed up and ordered one of the wrong parts. They corrected it for me at no charge and got all the correct parts shipped out to me. Once they arrived, everything fit and worked exactly as it should. I have never had a company pay such close attention to their customers. I will be singing their praises for life. Thank you for saving me from myself.

Perfect

Good quality and fast shipping

Great customer service ! Helped me all the way through , Quick and responsive shipping was a little lengthy but worth the wait !

Nanrobot was very responsive. When I had a problem with the delivery address they responded the same day and got it changed. Also, the scooter I bought has been great! No issues and does exactly what they say it will do! Good company, good product. Buy here without fear of being ripped off.
