It took a month to get my new battery for my d6 but well worth the wait and it came with upgraded charger ports and better connectors on it.Thank you for responding back to me everytime I had a question!

I think all the jumping I did with my D6+ killed the original battery. The new battery has XT30 plugs for the charging ports instead of the bullet connectors. I ordered them from Amazon. They are better because they're less likely to short out. Wish batteries weren't so expensive!

Battery came on schedule and was a simple plug and go install. I liked the quality of the new battery wires, they seemed better insulated / thicker.

The battery was shipped from the factory and landed in the USA in 25 days. Just like they said it would. It took 5 days for FedX to "ground" ship the battery from CA to ME. It took exactly 30 from the time I ordered it, just like NanRobot said. I couldn't ask for anything more and that includes the price, especially compared to the quote I got from a custom battery builder here in the states. I saved $300.00. Buying parts directly from Nanrobot is made as simple as can be! I would suggest, considering making a battery repair kit, for those who have basic skills and can use small hand tools, or include them. I have 3000 US miles on my D6+ and my wife has 600 on hers. We often ride together 20 miles on a run, and always have had reliability and fun on the Nanrobot! It is a well-made product, and the Customer Service is excellent.

I had a terrible experience when buying when I placed my order it said that the item was available when I bought the battery it said that it would arrive in 10 business days and then they told me that it was not in stock and they only gave me long and no specific response was slow almost 2 months to arrive
